Paid Xfer"An Error has occurred on this page"

I figure I'm doing something wrong. After reading through the faqs and other support I can not find what I am missing/messing up.

I started a new account under my current battlenet account, went ahead and referred a friend to get the rocket as well. As I wanted another char slot or two to play with and the ability to dual box some farming/grinding options (as I watch many of my guildies do daily). It's a hobby I've invested a lot of time, energy and effort into over the past 5yrs. I've started a new account previously with a RL friend to get their recruit a friend and help them level an alt or two, then transferred my actual real alt off that account just fine.

Now I am trying to xfer a character over to my new account. I am getting "An Error has occurred on this page" as I try to select the 2nd account I created. The new account is already WotLK updated.
