No Deathy pet yet

I ordered BlizzCon® through DIRECTV but have not received my virtual pet. What should I do?


Pet redemption cards should arrive six to eight weeks after the event via USPS. If you are a DIRECTV customer who ordered either the BlizzCon Pay Per View event or the RayV Internet Stream and have not received your pet card by December 20, 2010, please send an email to [email protected] and include your name, mailing address, and DIRECTV account number.

You would have to ask the distributor of the pets, Darkhaven. :0P

On a serious note, I'm not entirely sure what their method of distribution may be. It could be anything from the order in which people ordered the service to alphabetical order, by last name, of everyone that ordered. Blizzard is not distributing Deathy for those players that ordered BlizzCon through DIRECTV.
