Trial accounts

How do I get trial accounts removed from my account? I have 3 accounts on my account:

wow1= trial

wow2 = main account (upgraded to full game account)

wow3= trial

If someone could help me I would appreciate it.

I have tried to call billing but it keeps telling me that the hold que is full and they can't take my call at this time.

Looking at the account, Soulsisttwo, only WoW3 appears to be an active trial. You may e-mail your request to get the trial account removed to billing@blizzard.com.

WoW1 = Upgraded to Standard Edition
WoW2 = Main account (upgraded to full game account)
WoW3 = Active Trial

Keep in mind that WoW1 cannot be removed as it has been upgraded.
