Hacked yet again and still no authenticator.

So I lost about a week of play time due to getting my account locked because of some spineless hacker. I got it back yesterday and played it for a few hours only to get hacked AGAIN! I went online this morning and all my stuff was gone and etc... I'm really getting sick of this crap. People are ALL telling me to get an Authenticator and all I can tell them is that I've already ordered one, got billed for it and received nothing yet.

The order date was the 21st of October. That's 13 days (8 business days) does it really take that long to ship an authenticator to a Canadian address?

I have my account again (made a new email just for it) and hopefully it will stay that way, but I really don't feel like dealing with a stubborn hacker for a month. Please send my Authenticator, or at least show me a way to track the shipment. I hate getting billed and not even being able to see what's going on with what I paid for.

Shipping can take up to 15 business days, Zalein.

As others have mentioned, the authenticator will protect your battle.net account, however it does not offer any protection against viruses. I have included additional information below that will help you prevent future account compromises.

  • After securing your computer, change the password associated to your battle.net account and personal e-mail account. Make sure your battle.net password is completely different than your e-mail password.
