Account Gone?

My account got hacked a while back so I ended my subscription. I went to get on because I stil had a week left and it said the account login was wong. I recovered my account and it worked. a week later I tried to log on and it said no subscription availible or something like that. I tried again the next day, Yes I knew I no longer had a sub just checking to see if the hacker was back, and it said wrong account/user. I logged on again the next day and it worked but it said no game attached... Not just no sub. I looked into my account and it was all the same. Same name etc... I tried to merge my wow account but it said it was merged to another account. I made a trial maybe 3 days ago. I don't mind making a new charecter set but I don't want to pay for all the expansions ago. I still have the files. And it didn't say upgrade to BC until I made the trial. Do I still have everything? And can you also tell me a way to get my account back if possible? I also reinstalled the game. I used the online download for my expansions. Do I still have them? Still installing the game. I remade the account and it was made with all the same things such as e-mail and name. What happened?

In order for me to look into the other account, Silveralpa, I would need a character name and realm of that account. Can you please provide me that information?

From what I can determine after reviewing the account is that a compromise may have occurred. The account may be recoverable; however, you will need to contact Account Services to address the issue further.
