Bought master riding

You read it right, on my main pally, I accidentally clicked train for master riding, not knowing at all what it was or what I had gotten into. I had intended actually, to buy epic riding on an alt character, and the purchase of the master riding was merely an accident.

I opened a ticket and they responded vaguely with, "were unable to process your request at this time. Were sorry, please try again for a time you're online" or something along the lines of that.

First off, I just spent 5000 gold for virtually nothing, nothing that I wanted...and you can't undo it? Are you kidding me?
