FRUSTRATING TRIAL UPGRADE PROB

Just "purchased" WOW rather than upgrading my trial account! This is really annoying as its created a second account without my character and none of the linked refer a friend benefits. Its more so annoying as I was logged into my battle.net account and made the assumption that it would be dynamic enough to recognise I was upgrading my trial.

has anyone had this problem? I have emailed customer support but it is midnight in the states and I really hope they can fix this as I will be massively turned off having to start again and if my mate doesnt get his free game time.

The best way to get this resolved would likely be a phone call, Ortahar.

This is especially true of a RAF linked acct.

We do have an Australian number, or you might wish to use the international number with a program such as Skype.

Billing operates on Pacific Time. Right now, it's about 1:30 AM there :)

They are open 13 hours a day, 7 days a week.
