I'm trying to transfer my warrior Moggins from Jubei'Thos Alliance to Horde, but it says my mailbox has mail, though it is empty of both read/unread mail and items. I believe hidden spam is what's preventing the transfer. Is it possible to remove this myself or can a GM remove it for me? If not are there any other ways to fix this problem. Thanks.
