Characters intentionally blocking quest

Several people who are on mammoth mounts are blocking one of the quest rewards for the doomsayer quest line. They have been blocking it now for more than 2 hours. (came back to try it after playing an alt). I submitted a ticket and nothing was answered, but i did get an online survey to take which says to me the in game support person just deleted the petition, etc. Is there any GM who can help resolve this issue?
