Transfer gone wrong

I transferred a toon from 1 account to another. It said that it was successful.

I was invited back to guild and promoted back to GM.

However when I logon now, I am rank 10, and there is a phantom toon with the same name as GM. I need to get rank back so that we have control of the guild back.

What do I need to do?

It would be best to submit a petition on this so that we can look into this further, Saw. This sounds most odd.
