Wish it was that simple as you assume. We do have many players that need assistance at once and we are trying our best to handle all of the inquiries as fast as we can. As for your suggestion for us to hire more help, you are correct and we are currently looking, you can take a look (here http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/careers/directory.html#region=Americas;city=Austin), perhaps you know of anyone that can help us, help you.

In the mean time you can reach them via web form here: https://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml
or by E-mail: [email protected]

Or if there is a specific question that we may help to assist you with can let us know as well.

Here is the issue, I posted in another stream... I need to move one of my accounts from my main battle.net account to a shell account created for my wife while I am away... I really need to know how to do this or do I need to sit on the phone and wait for another hour?
If both accounts are under the same name, you should be able to do this no problem. You are able to contact them by email from the registered email account to have this issue resolved, it is possible they may instruct you to call.

If you have already been on hold for a while, I would suggest to stay with them but if you would like to try the email route first or web form you may do so also, but if the representative needs to speak to you then you will need to call again. So may be better to stay on the phone.
