Account Just Hacked - Authenticator Added

Hello,

My other account, which as a toon named Mengina on Cenarius so you can locate it, was just hacked about two hours ago.

I tried to log in, and an authenticator was placed on my account in which I DO NOT own. This happend several months ago, and I had to call in and wait on the phone for over two hours for a representative to take it off for me.

Is there any way you can remove it so I can submit a ticket to get all my stuff back? All of my characters were stripped of everything, again.

Changing your title just a bit as it's misleading.

For an authenticator to be added anymore - they ARE in your email account. Not only do you need to make absolutely certain your system is secure - but also your email.

This has already been looked into, but the account is locked for your protection until you verify everything is safe again.
