Paid char transfer problem

Hi guys,

Tried to paid transfer this char off since yesterday, i've cleared my mail/quest but until now it's still gave me

The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest)

that error.

also I mistakenly put account restore earlier since my authenticator doesnt work somehow, but now all good.

Help please ><

Are you saying you were NOT compromised?

If not, please place a petition from your side asking that restoration be reversed.
