It says in the summary that my account status is locked. I received several email notifying me that my gear had been restored and that I must go and fill in a form to have my account unlocked, I did all that but I haven't got any sort of indication as to what is exactly happening on blizzard's end.
Can I get some assistance?
To up my security I added an authenticator. But that's probably not relevant.
Back to the issue at hand, my account is locked and I'd like to have it unlocked.
