Stop playing gets you banned?????

I stopped playing world of warcraft and now i want to play bad i am useing a trial account ,but it says my old account is banned i really dont know why.

I do suspect a phish is at work here. Malodor, if you could post the name and realm of a character on the account you are having trouble accessing, I may be able to provide more insight on the situation. I would definitely suggest following the steps below for retrieving access to your account, if this is the case.

After reviewing the account itself, I stand by the statement I have above. I highly recommend you scan your system and, after you have ensured your computer is as secure as possible, change passwords related to your Battle.net account, including your e-mail address.

Definitely looks like some unauthorized access happened back in June, so it's imperative you contact our Game Master team for any possible restorations as soon as possible.
