hey guys... i'm trying to buy cataclysm for my account and i got this error, i tried to talk with the billing guys but i got nothing, they ask me to try to buy in other browser, i tried this, tried in another computer, tried with 3 different credit cards and nothing works ><

and the weird thing is, i bought cataclysm for my wife o.o same credit card doesn't work on my account!

if someone knows some about this, let me know please...

Folks, internet transactions aren't nearly as simple as they may appear at first glance :)

There can be many factors here.

Game Masters aren't really equipped with the tools to trouble-shoot this type of issue, but Billing is :)

What you do NOT want to do is continually hammer away at a purchase. That can create multiple pending charges that don't actually go anywhere and eventually drop off - but can also reduce your available balance or credit limit until they do.
