Account locked due to wowtunnels

Recently, due to the changes in traffic between ISP's and the Blizzard servers, i've been forced to use a tunneling program to reduce the latency I experience during peak hours. However, with this, my account has been locked for security reasons, and sadly - calling account and billing, there's no help...

Any possible way to unlock the account?

As Cantero mentioned, an e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail on the account.

It's possible. Keep in mind that while it does help lowers your latency, both wowtunnels and proxy type services are not supported.
