Payment pending

Hey, unsure of where to put this but....I did the pay by phone bill option yesterday because I decided to come back and play. It's worked pretty well for me in the past, renewing every month, but now it's been pending for the last 30+ hours....IS this normal?

When you set up the subscription Queldori, you are required to make an outbound call and receive an inbound call. Did you complete both of those steps?

Yes, and when I received the call it said I should be able to log on, how ever it just says my prepaid time is up whenever i try to log on.

You may need to cancel the pending subscription and attempt the process again. Since the last time you used the PhoneBill method, have you changed anything with the service, such as upgrade to a "bundle plan" where your internet, cable, and phone service is combined?

Canceling does not delete the account or characters. Canceling just removed the payment method. Do you have that option available?

Completely log out of Account Management and log back in. Go ahead and try and reset up the subscription using PhoneBill. Make sure you make the outbound call and receive the inbound call once more. When you have done so, please update the thread.
