I wanted to say thank you to Blizz and the GM's. I've put in three tickets and all have been promptly responded to in hours not days. In addition, I was able to chat with a GM on two occasions. This is a nice touch and one I have always appreciated.

Being in customer service myself, I am a harsh critic, but I also take time to praise.....

I am glad to hear the service you received was “Epic” on all occasions and that you were able to discuss your issues with a Game Master directly. You should receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey within 24-hours of the ticket being resolved. If you do not receive this survey, please consider emailing [email protected] to let the Game Master Supervisors know how awesome the representatives were.
