Remove my Authenticator: Blue help plz

I had a software glithc on my iPhone and i had to reset up my phone and for some reason my Authenticator now has a different serial number then is listed on my Battle.net account and i cant log in any more. so i want my authenitcator removed so i can set it up again please

As everyone has already stated, Grilor, Billing and Account services would be the department you want to contact.

You will need to fully verify the account and provide one of the following:

Digital serial number for the Mobile Authenticator
Classic World of Warcraft CD Key

If you have misplaced your CD key or did not write down the digital serial number you will need to fill out and send the following web form to accountservices@blizzard.com:
