I had to open a ticket last night because someone was being a jerk. In my frustration I opened a GM ticket. I was intending to click "report a problem" but mistakenly clicked "talk to a GM".
GM Edonestra answered my ticket. I apologized to her for not clicking "report a problem" and wasting precious GM time. She quickly told me that I was not wasting her time and she was glad to answer my ticket. I told her what had happened and she assured me that while I would not know the outcome the situation would be investigated.
I received EPIC service from GM Edonestra and I would like to thank her and let everyone know what an awesome job she's doing. Please make sure she gets an extra cookie for break today.
