Hello blizz, i need a gm and iv been waiting for 3 days now.

They give me a bloody messages when im offline to ring billing department.

... im in australia i cant. i emailed them but they sent me some stupid auto reply thing with nothing to do with my problem

I need my account linked with my friends kylie who i recruit a friended. It says our accounts are linked but shes still on trial, even tho i gifted her the full version of world of warcraft logged in her account and given her the upgrade.

Now it still says shes a trial on my recruit a friend menue with a chain saying were linked. I can trade her items so this must mean shes upgraded her account. But we cant summon each other grant levels and dont get tripple xp.

So i logged in her account to see if her characters on the right email and to check if its linked on her end. Then you block her account and now she cant login and shes angry with me.

Shes going to quit if we cant sort this out blizzard.

Give me a gm now please =[

You do need to call Billing, and yes you can.

We have an Australian number, and if for some reason that doesn't seem to work you can use a program such as Skype to call our International number.

What's most likely happened is that she setup a new WoW account instead of upgrading the linked trial. Billing can help sort that out.
