Stuck Zoning Into Instance

Left a group after a wipe since they dispersed, tried re-entering Halls of Reflection but it wouldn't load... now whenever I try and load into my character the zone won't loda and I have to alt+f4 out of the game.

Penned on Alterac Mountains.
