Guild rep: if you leave a guild and come back

I am curious if anyone knows what happens if a player leaves a guild and then comes back to the same guild later (whether it be a day, week or a month later). Obviouisly when you leave you lose your guild rep, but do you get that rep back if you rejoin the guild or do you have to start over from scratch again?

Also, slightly off topic but related, when you leave a guild, do you lose the Scorp mount immediately? I would assume so, but am asking anyway.

And to add to that question, if you go to another guild, get back to exalted, do you have to repurchase the mount again or does it magically just re-appear in your mounts tab?
