Cataclysm pre-order not working.

Idk if this is the right place to ask this, but could I get some assistance on how to fix this problem?
When I try pre-order Cataclysm it gives me this error:

There has been an error processing your request.
For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support.



I'm sure the information is correct because right before I tried to pre-order I used the same info to begin my recurring game time again. I've tried several times to pre-order making slightly different changes like no spaces between the 4 digit numbers and no middle initial even though my card has my middle initial on it. FYI I used my middle initial to order game time.

Any ideas?

Tough, the amount of information I have available to me about such things is very limited, there could be several reasons.

It really would be best to contact our Billing department. They have the proper tools to look into this further.
