X-fer Pending..Please Help.

So I requested a transfer at 9am Eastern time yesterday, and now its 3pm the next day, my character has been stuck at "pending" for over 24 hours......more like 30.....So yeah, I’ve moved characters in the past, they took less than 2 hours. The average wait time is still 60min. Can someone please explain this? The server was from Arygos>Hydraxis if that matters what so ever.
If the Paid Character Transfer is still in a pending status, Cissco, that could mean there was an issue processing the payment. By accessing the transactions page you can either apply another form of payment to complete the transfer or cancel the transfer altogether.

Based on the number of attempts and cancellations I now show, Cissco, there may be an issue with that particular card. Is the card a prepaid credit card or is it an actual debit or credit card?
