Time Warner says it's not their fault

i do find it odd, that the problem started with the restarts yesterday. the odds of time warner having some kind of technical issue at exactly that time can't be good. at this rate, i'm creeping up on 2 days without being able to play. i can see blizz not wanting to own up in fear of the mass demands for refunds, i get that. i don't want a refund, i just want to know what's going on and when will it be fixed.
