I have been unable to log into Gnomeregan since the 9:00 am EST. Are the rolling restarts still going on ?

The restarts have completed, Glammer, and Gnomeregan is active with players.

What happens when you try to log into this realm? Are you able to log into any other realm? Have you deleted your WTF and Cache folders?

I tried deleting the WTF and Cache folder but no luck. I wonder if it is my ISP. I can log into grilzzly hills with no problems.

Do you by chance have Roadrunner or Brighthouse as your ISP?

I did a tracert to blizz and it keeps timing out at hop 15. The program says 30 hops are calculated for this packet.

I have been doing some digging into the connection issue for you, Glammer, and it seems as though players in the Southeast US are experiencing intermittent connection issues if their ISP's are Roadrunner or Brighthouse. Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA as to when this will be resolved at this time. I will update the thread though when I do have more information.

Thanks a lot Harlsco, I read on a different post other players in my area are having connection issues also. Thanks for any update possible on this issue.

I wanted to update the thread with a bit more information, which you will find below:

Q u o t e:
We are currently investigating performance issues affecting users connecting from Time Warner Cable, Roadrunner and Brighthouse ISPs. We are unable to provide an estimate on when these issues will be resolved; please check back here for any updates.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

This thread in the Service Status Forum will have the latest updates as they become available.
