Can't tell if this is WoW or my computer

I just got a new computer over the weekend, that stops my old one out of the water, but now that i have installed WoW on this one, the screen freezes all the time and then unfreezes. it is like its having trouble refreshing or something like that. anyone have any ideas how to fix my WoW/Computer?

This does sound like an issue with the video card, Siksickly.

Even though a computer may be new the drivers may be out of date. Be sure to take the time to update your drivers.

I was able to locate this Knowledge Base article which may help you further. There are 10 steps in total but it covers all you should do in a situation like this:

Do the graphics seem slow or choppy in the game? (PC)
