im sorry to beat a dead horse but this is beyond absurd. its almost midnite here and i have not been able to log in all day. grrrr, so frustrated right now

This is likely more an issue tech can help with, but there are a few things I can recommend you try.

One is a full reset UI, followed by a system restart - cold. Turn everything off and then back on.

Doing a traceroute may also be helpful to tell if there is any interference with your connectivity to the realm.

If none of that seems to help, contacting our tech folks for further assistance would be your next best option.
