Digital upgrade

I can assure you, you are not being singled out. Other players have reported having issues upgrading as well.

Did you by chance upgrade other accounts already? Have you checked to see if there are potential issues with the credit card itself? If you have attempted the upgrade several times the credit card company may have placed a temporary block on it thinking it may have been a fraud issue.
