Phone Support Name Change... fail.

I contacted phone support today. I waited 72 minutes to speak to someone, then another 15 to make some changes with the fellow on the other end of the lane.

After he assisted me in merging an account, I asked if he could please change the first name of battle.net account to "Joseph" from "Joe". Just for identity purposes...

We parted ways over the phone call and I logged into my Battle.net account to access the merged account.

To my surprise my first name was changed, only it was spelled wrong. "Joeseph" is not the correct way to spell "Joseph". Any quicker way to assist with this? I have an email to Billing & Account support that can take days.

Go ahead and log out of Account Management and log back in. The typo has been adjusted as requested.
