Was Always Seeking Solvent removed? Or is it just bugged for me?

Edit: And if it was removed why, and why weren't we notified?

It was indeed removed, Tykku. As the quest was repeatable and not a daily, this made for an unintended way to quickly gain honor. In this case, our developers decided it was a better choice to remove the quest than to convert it to a daily.
