Login System Detected Change?

Greetings! This morning I attempted to log in to my account, and received the message, "Our login system has detected a change in your access pattern. In order to protect the account, we require you to verify your identity via a message sent to the e-mail address associated with this account." My virus and malware scans have all come up empty, and I was able to log in normally last night. And I still have not received a message in my inbox (yes, I checked the spam folder). What gives?

Did you receive the password reset, Rowanna? If the password did not arrive in your inbox be sure to check your junk mail and spam folders as well. I do not show the account being locked at this time so you should be able to log in fine once you get the password.

Just to clarify, are you experiencing the issue on the account with Sausagefan, Rowanna, or both?
