Rolling Realm Restarts - 11/02/2010

While realms appear to be functioning, several players have reported being unable to join instances. We are aware of this issue and are working towards a resolution. We do not have an ETA as to when the issue will be resolved, but we will gladly update the thread when we have more information.

We are aware that some realms continue to experience issues after rolling restarts. We are working to get the realm up as soon as possible. Hang in there folks!

We will be performing rolling restarts on all US Realms beginning at 05:00 AM PDT, November 2nd. Additionally, we will be performing rolling restarts on all Oceanic Realms beginning at 12:00 PM PDT, November 2nd. We anticipate that each realm will be down for no more than 15 minutes. The overall process will last approximately 1 hour.

Several of the realms affecting players logging into battlegrounds and dungeons are being reset at this time. Players will be unable to log into the game until the restarts have completed. We anticipate each realm to be down for no more than 15 minutes.
