Transferring upgrades from my locked account

Earlier this year my account got hacked. This prompted me to quit playing WoW for a while. My friends got back into it, and so did i. Now i was wondering if there is a way to transfer upgrades (like Burning Crusade and WOTLK) to my current account. I only have regular world of warcraft and am asking this because i want to know if there is any way i can get my upgrades back before i buy BC again. Respond soon!
