Honor Farming Bots

Yes I know this has been brought up and 'passed on' but I felt the need to share what I was told by an in game gm. I submitted a ticket about the level 1 bots farming honor in moonglade just as these very forums suggested I do. My ticket was escalated within an hour and I waited patiently for the response. I got it yesterday in my game mail box...it said this.....

"This type of activity is not against our ToS, but thank you for your concern."

REALLY!? I am hoping that the gm was just busy and missed the part about it being a BOT that keeps returning and doing this over and over.......Either Blizz is now in support of bots farming honor to feed the gold sellers, or this gm needs some more training.
