Account Recovery Issue

I've got a weird issue. I took a break from playing until Cata was getting closer to the release date. Before I stopped playing, the accounts were not merged into Battle.net. When I came back, my password has been changed on my account and says that it has already been converted to battle.net, when I haven't done it myself. I cannot go through with an account recovery form because I do not have the battle.net. I have my account name, and all of my original passwords along with a list of characters and their names that were on the account. What can I do to get it back?

I'd recommend calling Billing to get back into control of the account as step one.

You'll also want to make certain your system and email account are secure. They got your information to do this somehow - and if that means still exist, they WILL be back.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
