Blizzcon pet code: Already Claimed!

So I went to blizzcon a few weeks ago and finally got the time to scratch my loot card and enter the code to get my in-game pet tonight only to find that the code has already been claimed! This is just unbelievable. I don't know how this can have happened when I JUST finished scratching the code. I still have my blizzcon badge and can provide matching photo ID for it to prove that I did in fact attend. What can I do to get my pet now? Please help. :(

I don't know what kind of exploit one needs to generate these pet codes but I am willing to provide any and all necessary proof to show that this code was given to me in my swag bag and I did attend blizzcon.

I saved money to go to Blizzcon for a whole year because the plane ticket and hotel expenses for travellers from Canada are way too high. I will probably not be able to afford to go to Blizzcon again, so please give me my souvenir back and punish the person who stole it.

Blue please tell me what I can do. Please.
