Cata Dig DL + Phys CE?

Good evening CSF :)

I'm sure this has been asked, but I looked through the first three pages and didn't see it, so here goes.

If I purchase the digital download of Cataclysm will I be able to add the Collector's Edition to that same account later?

I know that currently you can upgrade Vanilla, BC and Wrath from normal to Collector's, but before I drop the $40 to have it all pre-downloaded, I want to make sure this will be available for Cataclysm, specifically.

I have my CE pre-ordered at GameStop, where I work, but I would like to be able to play ASAP. I don't mind paying the extra $40 for the pre-download as long as I can 100% for sure upgrade my account with my Collector's Edition box set.

If there has been confirmation of this one way or the other already, a link would be great. If not, clarification is most appreciated :)

Yep, you can add your CE to your account at a later date if you wish to upgrade its status. Just keep in mind that the original key from your digital download will have already been used, and cannot be used again.
