Digital Purchase Issues

I am having issues in trying to purchase the digital catalclysm.


This is the error message:

The following problems have occurred:

* There has been an error processing your request.
For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support

I attempted to make this purchase with the exact card which I pay my monthly subscription from. So the card is not the issue. I also tried a secondary card. I have also tried multiple browsers, no difference. Panic!

Any help appreciated!

Do you have another card that you may be able to try, Zarthadan?

When attempting the pre-order, make sure you have verified the following:
  • Card holder's First and Last name
  • Full Card Number
  • Security Code
  • Prepaid cards will not always work

Meh, some company's customer service actually resolve problems.
In order for us to investigate the cause we would require sensitive information such as CC #, F/L and verification code. For security purposes, there isn't a way for us to assist via forums. While our billing and account services are not able to assist with the purchase directly, you are more than welcome to inquire about possible CC issues.
