World First for Firelands

So apparently the guild "Stars" (sp?) was world first for clearing firelands the day it came out. At which time they paid the fee to race change their characters to Horde, in order to reset the raid ID so they could experience heroic.

Not long after, apparently, blizzard asked them to leave the instance, kicking any remaining members still inside and locking the heroic content until the weeks reset.

Weekly resets have been around for quite a while, and I would expect that you guys (meaning blizzard) would know that a faction change would reset the raid ID. So, instead of fixing this issue, you allow people to pay you money and then shut them out of it?

How much money does this company need? They apparently played the PTR long enough to develop strategies in order to down the bosses. Then paid YOUR service fee to change factions to do heroic mode. I dont see a problem with this, and, if you do, then you should have fixed it long before now.

Sorry but that seems like a cheapshot to me. And yes, I am expecting to get a temp ban from the forums for posting this seeing as thats whjat seems to happen when someone gets disgruntled or speaks against blizzard. I am mainly posting this for lack of understanding.

I believe this has already been mentioned, but this isn't really a topic up for player discussion.

Any sort of disciplinary action is between those who issued it (Blizzard) and the players who received the action. If they (the guild in question) wish to contest the situation, the appropriate place to do so is by contacting our Account Administration department by utilizing the Support website.
