How Do I Cancel My Subscription?!?!

I'm trying to cancel my account but nowhere on the battle.net website is there a cancel account option. I have clicked on just about EVERY link. The closest I can find is remove payment option but that doesn't cancel it. So how the hell do I cancel?

This looks like it's set to expire on 10/28 and I see no current billing method on this account.

It does, however look like this is pending - that usually means it's already been billed.

You'd want to contact our Billing department if that is the case. Once an account gets billed, there is no cancellation option because it's in the midst of the process. Does that make sense?

Remember, you can cancel at any time and current time on an account is still good. All canceling does is cancel recurring billing and method of payment.

If I remember correctly, I don't seem to have a payment method set up on my account in my account details, even though I'm paying every 6 months with my credit card. That apparent inconsistency has always made me smile :).


I don't see one at the moment, Admino. Do you take it off after you renew? That would look the same from here. Also, what is available to anyone outside our Billing department is a bit limited, so my not being able to see something isn't necessarily indicative :)
