Can't purchase Cataclysm Digital Copy

I am attempting to purchase the Cataclysm Digital Copy, but everytime I enter my credit card number and hit "continue", I get the following message:

The following problems have occurred:

* There has been an error processing your request.
For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support.

So here I am at Customer Support, any idea how to resolve this issue? Thanks

I am not entirely sure of the answer to this, Sonovalich. I would imagine the Cataclysm content will start in plenty of time prior to the launch due to the number of players involved. Unfortunately, I do not have much more information than that at this time.

Orders are being placed for Cataclysm successfully, Alazurian. If you continue to receive errors, even with multiple credit cards, you may wish to contact the bank or credit card companies directly. They may have instituted a temporary block on the card thinking the attempt was fraudulent. If after contacting the financial institutions you are still unable to upgrade, please contact Account Services for direct assistance.
