It says 'an error has occured, contact customer service' when i type in my info. Is it because the servers are overloaded or because I don't know how to type a cc number properly or what's the problem? any known issues?

I apologize for the delayed response. I was not able to confirm any issues with servers causing this error to pop up.

Make sure you have verified:

• Card holder's First and Last name
• Full Card Number
• Security Code
• Prepaid cards will not always work

It's very possible. I'm not sure if your issue is with Game Cards or Pre-order as you stated both. If your issue is with purchasing a Game Card, you may contact our Billing and Account services. If you are trying to pre-order Cataclysm, you may need to try another card.
