My lvl 37 locks talents are bugged

im trying to spec into hand of guldan but when i accept to learn it it doesnt give the spell and when i close the talent area it says i have a talent point thats useable and i was wondering whats wrong

There is currently a known display issue that will make it look like you have an extra point to spend.

Can you give me the name and realm of the character you are experiencing this issue on?
