Specific Character Crash

Two weeks ago I was going in for a guild raid and we got a wipe. when i spawned at the graveyard my game crashed. Everytime after that when i tried to log into my rogue, WoW would crash. I tried everything even completely reinstalling and patching WoW. I filed and ticket and a GM evidently fixed it in about 2 days. A week later when i was being summoned into ICC for another raid it crashed agian. I filed another ticked 6 days ago but i havent got a response yet. I have also emailed support and no response there either. Im starting to get kinda mad cuz im getting screwed out of my Horseman fights and my guild raids. Ive tried everything i can think but i still cant play on my rogue. All other toons work fine though.

Can you elaborate on the crash, Deze?

While this sounds more like a technical issue, i'd like to have a bit more information.

What steps have you tried?
Are you getting a specific error message, game freezes or disconnects?
Are you having trouble with any other character in the same zone/instance?

While it is only this character that triggers these events, system reboots and blue screens are often caused by system specific issue.

This includes but not limited to:

System drivers out of date
Mismatch or Faulty memory(Ram)
Overheating system

In this case, I would highly recommend you post in our Technical Support forum. If you have previously sent an e-mail, I am more than welcome to pass it along to our Technical Support staff.

The in game ticket will remain in queue, however I have passed along the e-mail to a technical support representative. While I do not have an exact ETA, I'd like you to keep an eye on your e-mail.
