If you want to request a refund, call Billing. Please keep in mind that they are under no obligation to grant you any time of credit for prepaid game time.

The answer will vary depending on the sort of refund you are requesting, Ënkil. Allow me to take the time to clarify the difference.

If the refund you are looking for is a monetary one, then Account Services will be the department to contact. Keep in mind that subscription fees are generally non-refundable, however, they will be more than happy to discuss with you if this is indeed a possibility.

On the other hand, if you are inquiring as to if compensation will be provided due to patch related issues, that has yet to be decided. Compensation of this nature is not provided until we have determined the issue has been resolved, and is not provided on an individual level but on a realm wide level.
