Account Locked 3X in a row !

Hi, this is like the 3rd time I got my account locked ever since just now. I have no idea why but I have been using the SAME internet connection. Me and my boyfriend were playing on the same internet connection but why is his not locked?

Also, i know that my ISP uses proxy, but although this have never happened before, but is there anything wrong? I had to change my password 3x again. Its so frustrating and worrying as well.

-scanned everything and had norton and everything i cld as well.

if my isp uses proxy, then would i have to confirm my email and change it every single time? would it arouse suspiscious on my account? (when i had so many lockouts which isnt even attempted-hacking)

I am not sure why your account would be locked and not your boyfriends, Zanginian. The only thing I could possibly think of is his connection is in some way different from yours. Unfortunately I couldn’t begin to tell you in what way as I am not very tech savvy. :(

While I understand it can be frustrating, these locks are simply to protect the account from a potential compromise. You have provided a fair amount of details in your post which I will gladly forward on for further review.

In the meantime though, you may consider contacting Account Services to discuss the issue. They may be able to provide a temporary resolution to avoid the account lockouts.
