Whats going on with my order?

I saw in a recent post a blue said they could look into this.

Order was placed on 10/13
According to the status page it should have been shipped Monday.

FotLK soundtrack and a pink murloc :P

I don't have a lot of information about those orders, but I don't believe they've shipped yet. Hopefully we'll have more information on them soon.
